Ms. Susan Robertson is the Lead Teacher in Upper Elementary Classroom 10. She lives in Chandler with her husband, Owen, and their two children, Oliver and Eloise. Ms. Susan is originally from Iowa and received her B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Iowa. Growing up in a military family, she lived in many places including Germany, Hawaii, Virginia, and Iowa, which fostered her love of travel and discovering new places. She taught ESL in South Korea and has been a Montessori Lead Teacher since 2021. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Susan loves to draw, practice her bass guitar, play board games and puzzles, and visit museums. She believes that instilling confidence and trust in students is vital to teaching, and the process of finding new ways to learn can be amazing and rewarding.
