Parent partnership and involvement are key components to the Montessori philosophy. Desert Garden Montessori offers many ways in which parents can support their child’s growth in the classroom as well as their own connection to the community.

The Mom & Dads’ Clubs specialize in social events for DGM parents and students.  Past events have included family hikes, poker fundraisers, cooking competitions, salsa dancing classes, and more!

Volunteer opportunities include acting as Home Room Parent, volunteering as a coach, helping with campus animals, sharing a talent or knowledge with the children through a classroom presentation, working in the garden, reading with the older students, helping at events, and more.
