Elite Striders Track Club
- Ages 5 – 18
- Practice is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5-7 and Saturday 9-11. This is a competitive team and athletes develop skills to run, jump and throw.
- Youth will gain greater speed, coordination, flexibility, endurance and strength. No prior track and field participation is required.
- All skill levels are welcomed.
