Valerie Della Valle began working at Desert Garden Montessori in 2013. She joined Desert Garden as the Finance Director after being a stay-at-home mom for 6 years. She has worked in the financial sector for a variety of industries including IT, construction and small business. She chose Desert Garden for herself and her children because aligned with her personal beliefs. Valerie now serves as the Organic Kitchen Manager. Her responsibilities include creating the organic lunch menu, managing the kitchen staff and food preparation, inventory and purchasing, and serving the students delicious food every day. She also enjoys planning and creating delicious food for the school events.
